Have you ever felt like the world is just too much—bright lights, loud noise, or a fast pace leaving you tense, drained, or on edge? Or maybe you (or someone you care about) notice it’s easy to get overwhelmed and hard to settle again.
This 6-week workshop seeks to normalize and acknowledge that sensory is real, educate about its impact on our lived experience, practice a variety of lifestyle strategies to integrate into daily life, and empower participants to advocate for the support they or someone they love needs.
